A year ago I was gifted a voucher for Setanta Fitness for 6 months personal training. Prior to this my fitness regime revolved around a brisk walk to the shop so therefore the fitness concept and what it entailed was quite alien to me. However this changed when I sat down with Jason and discussed what Setanta Fitness Centre had to offer.

Following this Jason developed a fitness programme which was dictated by my particular needs and revolved around my life style. While catering for my physical needs this fitness regime explored nutrition, hydration and introduced me to goal setting as well as other aspects of mental fitness.

This approach and package was invigorating, refreshing and so enjoyable. I can honestly say that due to the innovative programmes, attention to detail and the professionalism of Jason and his team my enthusiasm and commitment is thriving.
