Jasons training has be of the highest standard. His knowledge of strength and conditioning has been a major advantage for improving my explosive power and speed. Also his coaching style has be second to none, every session had a great variation of drills something different every night, which left it extremely enjoyable. This definitely took us, as a team, to a very high level. Personally I found a major improvement on my endurance, fitness and my sharpness.
