Agility is the combination of acceleration, deceleration, balance and re-acceleration. Light, quick-moving, nimble steps.

Trainers at setanta fitness understand how to create the required, quick, light-moving, nimble steps. Footwork exercises, balance work and plyometric drills  are incorporated into an athlete's strength and conditioning program, to give them the effective agility training to help them create the distance themselves and opponents on the playing field.
