There is no substitute for sport-specific training.  If an athlete is serious about his or her sport, they train for their specific position and to peak at the right time of the sporting season.

In order to truly train athletes for their sports, coaches at setanta fitness first break down their position into movement patterns and evaluate their energy systems required and, devise ‘a strength and conditioning program’ geared toward preparing and accomplishing those movements.

Whether it's a need for strength, a quest for speed or a desire to explode out of the blocks, the right programme goes into our sport-specific training and gives our athletes the edge they’re seeking to keep ahead of their competition.
